Contractor network questions

Straight answers about applications, matching, pricing, privacy and responsibility.

Is there a subscription?

No contractor subscription is required during the current founding-partner pilot.

Are projects guaranteed?

No. Matching depends on homeowner demand, service fit, territory and contractor availability. An opportunity is not a guaranteed contact, quote or job.

Can I decline an opportunity?

Yes. Review the available project details and decide whether the opportunity fits your company.

How many contractors may receive a request?

The homeowner chooses whether a suitable request may be offered to one, two, or up to three participating contractors and selects the permitted contact method.

When do I see homeowner contact details?

Personal contact information remains protected until you accept the opportunity and the homeowner’s contact-sharing preference allows release.

Who is responsible for permits and the work?

The independent contractor is responsible for inspections, advice, estimates, contracts, permits, safety, insurance, employees, subcontractors, warranties and completed work.
