When paid lead access is enabled, the price will be shown before acceptance. You decide whether the available project information and price fit your business. No recurring subscription or automatic purchase is required under the present model.
Evaluate value using your own numbers
Compare the fee with your actual contact rate, quote rate, close rate and expected gross profit—not the project’s total selling price. Okanagan Project Match does not promise contacts, quotes, wins, revenue or return on investment.
What a fee covers
A fee provides access to the homeowner contact details under the homeowner’s sharing preference. It does not purchase the job, guarantee that the project proceeds or replace your own inspection, estimate, contract and follow-up process.
